While he recognizes that working a traditional 9-to-5 has its benefits, Kory believes that building a promising future through his own ventures is the true key to making change happen. By stepping into ownership, he has found the freedom to take charge of his own narrative and create impact in meaningful ways.
Kory’s journey is marked by a wide range of passions—teaching, coaching, singing, musicianship, and writing children’s books. Each avenue reflects his deep commitment to growth, creativity, and inspiring others. He views entrepreneurship not just as a career path, but as a powerful tool for transformation—both personally and within the communities he serves.
His guiding philosophy is rooted in the belief that progress requires embracing transformation. As he often says: “If we ever intend on growing up, we have to expect change.”

Genevieve Body, known to many as GentheBuilder, is a dynamic leader, storyteller, and transformational coach whose life and work are anchored in one mission: Partnering with others to transform purpose into impact, and impact into lasting positive change. As the co-founder of GenKo, Genevieve brings a unique blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and creative passion to every consultation, keynote, and coaching engagement.
The oldest daughter of a single-parent household, Genevieve learned resilience, responsibility, and leadership early on. A lifelong learner, she built her career across multiple disciplines: beginning as a nurse and case manager, advancing to Learning & Development Manager, and evolving into a leadership coach, writer, and musician. Each step of her journey deepened her conviction that growth, compassion, and purpose are the cornerstones of personal and organizational transformation.
What sets Genevieve apart is her ability to weave together strategy, personal and professional development, and creative storytelling into a holistic approach. She understands both the science of human behavior and the art of human connection.
